I would have liked to have seen the barbed wire within the depth of field, or not included at all. Because it is out of focus, it looks like it was unintentionally included. Just a thought.

My eye isn't drawn to something. Maybe something in the foreground or a leading line would have given some better perspective. Just a thought.

Interesting shot. To be honest, though, it took me awhile to analyze the picture. My eye wasn't sure what I was looking at or what I was supposed to be looking at. Neither the building nor the people drew my eye. Just a thought.
