Under exposed and poorly cropped (Chopped off the left hand). A little post editing might help add a bit of light.

Due to the point of focus (and title) the wagon appears to be the subject. Then again it is cropped out of the picture. The fence is out of focus and I find it to be quite distracting.

Lacks artistic flare. If you were to move the camera angle and shoot down the wire fence with a tight crop on just the tangled hair you might get a more dramatic view. The background is unappealing and the lighting is generally flat. (Shallow depth of field would help). That being said...anytime you can convince someone to stand in the cold and allow their hair to be tangled in barbed wire so you can take a photo...That's got to be worth something. High marks for your salesmanship. Did you buy her lunch? I think you owe her that. Good luck.
