I find this shot slightly confusing, on the one hand I really like the tones, nice contrasting black and whites, and I like the fact it's not a straight shot of some graffiti like so many others in this challenge, however I don't like the inclusion of the snow (?) and I think you could have shown more of the actually graffiti. Nice BW conversion though, suits the shot nicely.

Nice idea, trash the dress always looks pretty cool. What I've found doing these before is that non-traditional poses actually work much better than standard bridal ones. Something a little more dynamic would probably have scored higher. Also the edge of her dress is ever so slightly chopped off, that's a no no in the DPC composition playbook! Hope this helps.

I like the inclusion of the electric meter, it gives the eye somewhere to rest after Texan flag. Not so sure about the edge of the bin poking out though.
