Mississippi River, almost literally! This is at the Marina in Fort Madison. I need to take a nice telephoto lens with me next time and then I won't have to stand in the snow. |

Day_01: this is all I pretty much sawby PhotoDaveComment: Another hilarious shot! I think it's funny becuase to me it looks like a hippopatamus face. (I'm not on drugs!) We had to study that kind of art extensively in one of my art history classes. Basically it's like finding shapes in clouds. |

No, I didn't use a filter, because like yesterday I wasn't planning on going down to the river. I did use my lens hood to help block most of the direct sunlight.
