OK for the challenge – but in my opinion the image does not reach to the viewer. Not sure – but maybe something could’ve been done in processing.

That’s a tough one to do: water is the likely reason image appears washed out and lacking contrast.

Would have composed/cropped this differently if the intention was to make the wind-farm the subject. The sky is completely white or so appears. Although it’s perfectly understood it’s very difficult – if not impossible - to get a decent exposure in such conditions and one needs to sacrifice something.
