The colors are just *perfect*. Easter egg hunting is a terrific childhood theme. Something about the gap of green in the bottom center seems like a hole ... maybe one more egg to balance the picture? Good job, though!

Great shot! Iike the colors, both the black (dark green?) of the door itself, and the lighter colors reflected it in. I love cracked paint and the feeling of "old," emphasized by the old-fashioned padlock.

The distortion in this image reminds me of being underwater. I do like the relative gray of everything but the school bus -- a natural effect rather than a saturation adjustment -- but it's a bit eerie. No fault there, really, but it doesn't invoke a sense of childhood for me. Mine was bright.

Cute idea ... blurry "before" picture of the ophthalmologist. A child would certainly see it from the low angle, too. I do want a bit more color -- something else to capture the eye (no pun intended).

Nicely balanced nature picture, color-wise. It's very inviting. The title makes perfect sense and does remind me of childhood, but something doesn't work for me about the hanging stick ... a better choice might have been a wet tire swing -- though of course I understand completely that you may not have had the chance to manipulate the environment.
