The specular highlights on the water are very distrating and take the eye off the main subject. The duck could do with being sharper as well. A shot much lower to the ground would bring a lot more distance into the frame giving the duck good focus against background blur

The verticals made from all the trees give the whole image a rightware slant. A bit of ccw rotation during the cropping phase would have squared everthing up nicely. Colours are a bit hazy, I'm guessing you were zooming in on the distance. Getting deeper blacks and increasing the tonal range at the bottom end would have helped
