Jake and Ethan's new cubby houseby naomikComment: The ebay theme is being pushed a little hard here. Tones are a bit bland, could have done with using Levels or Curves to increase constrast at the lower end. Could easily have cropped out the guy in the background on the phone. Nice not to see another still life though so thats good |

Santa Collectionby NobodyComment: Might have been worth considering just having one figure instead of three, each one is quite detailed and there is a lot to take in. Applying some portrait theory to have sharp eyes and then a bit of DOF going on would have been interesting to see. |

Look how much we savedby WarbyComment: Nice wide angle and nice to see something that isn't just a still life. Lovely lighting and sharp detail |

Buyer Beware!by PhotologistComment: If only the brown cardboard of the box wasn't visible, as the shadows on it a fairly harsh. There seems to be a few colour casting issues. |

The Fanby gocComment: The second ebay/long exposure combo I've seen and again I'm saying would have been better if entered into the other competition. Having said that, lovely colours and contrast, well composed and makes for an interesting abstract |

"Wintersong"by karenkComment: The main subject is pretty complex and so having a relatively complicated background (despite being blurred) and a textured reflective surface, the whole image is pretty busy. I bet it didn't compress well and you may have had to step down the jpeg quality a fair amount to get under the 150K limit - in my limited experience on this site, the clean and simple ones work the best. If this was taken from a lower viewpoint, with a wider angle looing up against a neutral background, the horse would be much better isolated and I'm certain would have scored higher - good luck. |

....with a stolen identity!by ZeppKashComment: Clever concept, I just dont think technically this is brilliant enough to make the top ten and has quite a low difficulty factor |

Look what i bought on Ebay... a potato ! WoW by GHjollComment: I can fully understand the effort and time required to produce this but it almost works against you in that it appears perhaps overly setup. Its almost like a theatrical production image to be used inside a programme with the melodramatic expressions. Composition seems a little unbalanced and a bit heavy on the right hand side. Lovely PP burning work, would be interested in seeing the original. |

Wind-Powered Automatic Chicken Feeder by pointandshootComment: Lovely tones and warm hue and emphasised by the lighting. Not just a boring still life, the subject is interesting and quiet entertaining and you also have the chickens in shot which beefs up the difficulty factor. Best one I've voted on so far |

OUTBID ... Quick, Quick it's about to end ... that lens is MINE!!!!by RamblinRComment: A bit of a blatent long exposure thing going on which is a bit of a shame as it almost says to me you had tried doing two entries concurrently and at the last minute entered this in the ebay catagory, rather than executing a single, well considered concept. The border is overly complex and inteferes with the hoizontal lines made by the top of the screen. The speaker area of the screen is aliasing which is a bit distracting. Even though I've knocked the long exposure effect, it is pretty good and might have been better with a computer game on the screen and a can of red bull on the table and entered into the other competition |
