"Solitude shows what should be..."by BudComment: I love this one this is a great example of the Rule of thirds: The horizon on the top 1/3 line of the image and the boat on the crosspoint of the lower and right hand 1/3 lines. I love the mood and the colors! Great! |

Balearica pavoninaby ZILAComment: I like the colors and use of DOF. But how is this 1/3 rule? The head dead smack in the middle of the image?!?!?! Move the head to the bottom right hand of tha image and increase the green background at the top left hand part and it would have been perfect....... |

Butterfly in bloomby sassayComment: The butterfly is on the 1/3 botom left hand side of the image. But the background is too much in focus and "too loud" which makes the butterfly not stand out against it. Next time try to use much larger (smaller number) aperture to blur the background and make the subject stand out. |

After The Storm by DJWoodwardComment: As I mentioned earlier I am a sucker for B/W and this is a nice example. I love the contrast of the two trees against the background. Also the "Rule of Thirds" has been applied very nicely! Great job! |
