I have no idea what I'm supposed to get from this photo and I'm not sure how it meets the challenge. However...there is something appealing about the bottom 50% of the picture to me. I think it would be interesting if you were to crop the area above the far wall to eliminate the strip mall and vehicles.I guess that would make your title non-sensical though huh? :)

I like the composition. I might have tried increasing the DOF, because my first impression of the shot is a large blurry bullseye. My second is of a blurry foot.
