If I interpret your title correctly, 'simulated' means this is a render from Rollercoaster Tycoon or something like that and therefore not a photograph at all? I'm not familiar with any of those type of games, but the lighting and the triangulated frames seem to bear that out. On the other hand, parts of the track seem to show weathering, so I really couldn't say one way or the other...

How do I look?

Very nice; I think this would look great cropped down; the guy just doesn't mesh with the rest of the picture (as already stated). Hope you don't mind, but I took the liberty of playing with this, for less than 1 minute actually; just cropped both sides to center.

Obviously contacts or editing - there's kind of a glow on the right edge of the right iris which I'm sure isn't natural. The overhead angle makes it look like a caricature - big head with a tiny body somewhere below. Very good DOF; the lighting is good except the shadow of her nose makes her face seem non-symmetric.

Hopefully this isn't a real picture, although I'm sure it could be. People like this should not be allowed to drive. I like the motion blur, but wish her face was more defined - her chin and forehead are partially see-through.

Looks like he's on a forklift - very scary thought. The objects on the upper left are quite distracting... I like the blur in the background, really adds a lot (as forklifts usually don't seem to be going 60 mph)
