I love seeing pregnant women. There is definitely something beautiful about the "lump". A different pose would have made it easier to tell what this image was of (other than the caption). Next time see if you can get rid of the distracting horizontal waistband mark (either get her to wear lower riding pants/skirt or wait until the skin rebounds).

The cord in front and lines (rails?) in back are distracting. More muzzle (is that what it is called on a horse?) showing more nostral would be nice.

I think that the tongue distracts from the picture. makes her look like she has something wrong with her teeth. Open mouthed with just the hint of tongue would be nice. Otherwise I like the lighting and the pose.
