This would have been a good shot if you just had moved to the right or left. and came in tighter. You are are overwhelmed by the head of the sphinx. Or maybe if there was more distance between you and the head but then you would have needed a set of wings or a rocket pack when you took off from its top.

Really nice photo. personally would have cropped the white space above head in half .to eleiminate the yellowish something in the upper righthand corner.something appealing about this photo usually don't like hi key type shots

i really like this photo but here is the "but" one if left on the horizontal it doesn't work but rotated counter clockwise and cropped along the dark area and the light colored blob removed, it would be a much stronger image. You have the color and the fluid movement of the petal carrying your through the image. You had me rotating my lapatop.

This would have been a good photo if it were in focus. If the girl were out of focus or blurred by motion it still would have been very exciting only if the columns were really sharp and in focus for the contrast of motion and un moveable.

Nice shot but it would be more intresting if you cropped it tighter. the white lights or whatever are a distraction from the delicate intricacy of the leaf.

this really a sweet photo the exposure on the left of the image is great but the upper right is a bit too over exposed . I can see maybe wanting to fade off but the bright area in that corner is a bit jarring and I find it distracting because it pulls my eye out of the frame.

like the concept but for the sake of clarity and more drama and emotional appeal would try and focus on only one or two elements, two hands on one bowl or just a hand offering an item close up. remember when you chose this type of shot you are telling a story and trying to evoke emotion. this a bit tocluttered and the background being so in focus makes the foreground too confusing need a bit of separation like use of lighting or shorter depth of field

For some reason I'm being influenced by color in this challenge and would have loved to see this with more color saturation since it is the rich earth tones that evokes emotion this time of year. Like the compostion the way it flowed on the top of the items but the glass didn't work in my opinion. I'd play around withis a bit more
