I don't think I like the inclustion of the pine needles, they realy distract from the feeling of "value" in the photo. I think I would have also prefered to see the other jewls in the DOF. Good Idea.

I'm not getting any connection or mental picture of "Money".
Realy nice picture of "Human Contact" though. Great Lighting, just enough detail in the right hand to introduce some interest and charactor into the photo.The 'ghosting' is a realy great touch.
But I don't think you have realy achieved the goal of the challenge.

I like your idea - good pin lighting. I think there's a bit too much flare on the the "2" which has softened the focus. Have you used a torch here?-I have a suggestion.

Perhaps a directly upwards photo would have shown 'round' better. All the attachments are to distracting and more interesting to look at.

The setting needs more thought....ie: a plain and nutral coloured 'floor', the same for the background(or perhaps an unfocused baseball poster), more even lighting (the shaddows are too dark and the flare should have been removed).

Perhaps a different angle would have shown the roundness of the lip more. I also think that a different background colour would have highlighted the plant more.... a more natural colour perhaps - green or blue.
