Blurry, no multiple light sources. This may be a nice picture on its own merit if it was sharper, but it doesn't meet the challenge.

I don't understand why these are on the back of the Yellow pages (or whatever it is). If the intent was to make the book part of the picture, then you've obscured too much of it to be useful. If it was just somewhere for a bunch of phones to get together and hang out, maybe you could have lured them onto a less intrusive background :)
