I recognise this lighting pattern, I really like how your tri-reflector brings those eyes out. Lovely hair lights both side really makes the hair look healthy and alive. Great eye contact to form a conection as well. Because of all the fill you're getting a very flat lighting but you're still getting those cheek bones defined so all in all very good.
