cleaver idea! (that was a pun) No i love the concept, but feel it could be refined and have more of a sense of environment (get rid of white seamless.

I am assuming that you used a flash and zoomed w/ slow shutter? Works great to isolate your subject as the main/only focus. Perhaps a silhouette of another dueler would add the final touch?

I feel this image could is heading in a great direction. wish I could distinguish the boat a little more and their was a sense of environment. Good lighting and DOP tho. :)

I love this image, the birds, the mother and child and the fog raising from the sea. I would however crop it @ the 230pixles on the left to get rid of the distracting pipes.
