Made in Chinaby RetroesqueComment: Very nice shot with amazing clarity in terms oof the sharpness of the filamaent. Two great high contrast shots in a week. One mibor thing is that the bulb does not seem quite straight, but I till you you should consider sticking this in a stock photography site because I am sure it would sell
Great job |

Reuseby RetroesqueComment: Yaaaay Lisa you are back in challenges...amd what a way to come back.
Love this high contrast image and the nice subtle take on the challenge. Great colours and I love the way the flower and the bottle label 'match'. Equally good is the way you match the border and the stem
Bright and powerful |

Faith, Hope, Fortitudeby colorcarnivalComment: No word of a lie, the first thing I thought when I saw that photo was 'Great Selective Desat'
Really rich vibrancy in the purple.
A poigniant image and all the better for being a 'faceless' protrait as it emphasises that cancer can strike anyone...And as importantly anyone can beat it
Strong message, strong photo |

A Night in Stockholmby PabliacciComment: Oh my word I was in Stockholm a few weeks back and I have to say I came nowhere near capturing anything of the city as wonderfully as you have. Very good image |

Energyby ELLIPSComment: I guess this is the antithesis of the current green challenge! Great job with this shot, you convey the dark majesty of the powerplant and I love the strength of the red car lights which are like a beautiful scar across the image. Super job and 9 from me |

Applied Geometryby zackdezonComment: Goodness it can be so heard to get a different angle (excuse the pun) on an architectural shot like this but you have done so in a wonderful way - Beautiful sharpness lines and colouring 10 from me, good luck |

T h i n kby JacksonGarietyComment: The 'problem' with an image like this is that because similar shots have been posted in challenges before they can lose a bit of their impact. I guess this is kinda unfair, because I know I have found myself in the position whereby I have taken a 'typical' image but when it has been the first time I personally have ever taken such a shot (I hope this makes sense). I am trying to mark this as 'fresh' and all I can say is that you did a great job and get a 9 from me |

Newport Bayby CEJComment: This is picture postcard beautiful, but not the type of really obvious card shot but instead one that shows subtlty and a far maore intrinsic beauty - 9 |
