final summerby AliciaComment: Alicia...Oh my goodness what a sad evocative and original take on the challenge. Not necessarily a 'beautiful' shot in the traditional sense of the word, but a very powerful one
Very good image and sorely underrated |

Chuck Marleyby BAMartinComment: Barbara...was this a model or did you process it this way. Either way it has kind of a nice weird surreal not of this world feel about it. Great B&W conversion and I like the perspective |

Alley Viewby BAMartinComment: Barbara, I think I remember this building from one of our old side challenges. I thought this met the challenge really well and I loved that the wood work blended in colour wise with the bricks. Very cool image |

Hang On!by jerseyjimComment: Great shot. I love the effect and the fact that I can almost here the music and screams of and from the ride and taste the candy floss
Great job |

Ariaby CharleneComment: Just absolutely beautiful. Fantastic composition, great lighting and a brilliant black and white conversion. Very clever title as well. For me this is about as perfect as a flower shot can be |

Is the Coast Clearby karenkComment: Tremendous animal shot with wonderful sharpness and great bokeh. Shame that one of the whiskers appears to be cut off (sorry I realise that is very nit picky) but a brilliant image 9 |

Man and Fountainby figaroComment: Very very nice candid. I love the black and white conversion and the DOF is absolutely spot on, we can recognise what is in the background but it does not impinge on the power of the main subject. Great job |

Nexusby idnicComment: really intriguing image from the thumbnail amd then when you open it up, wow!!!
Great idea and very well executed. Incredibly strong black and white conversion. My one minor (and I do mean minor) other comment would be that its a shame that the girl on the right seems slightly at an angle. Still great shot and I hope this does well for you 9 |
