The Old Guard by MatthewComment: Hello Matthew and congrats for your first place !
Fabulous colors, great composition. I think the picture need a little space between the Big Ben Tower and the wheel. |

Hi
I agree with you about the oversaturation, which makes lose some materials(subject). For my personal custom(usage) I shall not have post processing as it. But the entry is for a challenge and seduce most large people.
I adjusted the saturation, levels etc.
Basic editing : You may :
* saturate, desaturate or change the colors of your entry, but no selections are allowed.
Thanks :) |
Aurel,

Hi Jamie (i see your personnal portfolio, you are so pretty !)
To make long time exposure at broad daylight, you need a tripod & a neutral grey filter (Hoya ND400 now B+W ND 1000)
Thanks ;) |
AND...
* LOW ISO (50-200) because the long time exposure is sensitive to a noise !
* Lock the mirror (for reduce vibrations)
