old barnby djaykComment: Thank you for the comments. These are what I need! I did get PS Elements and am trying to learn it. This one WAS brightened!Yikes! Anyway, I usually crop tight with the camera and then more. Today I shot this and was so busy trying to "fix" it, I forgot to crop. As soon as I posted it, the trees on the left yelled out "Ha! We are here!" I may have dust, my lenses are about 15 yrs old and have never been serviced (formerly used with F90). I will keep plugging along and I do appreciate you taking the time to comment, useful ones, too! PS WHat is sensor dust? I posted another photo of the same barn, is it any better? Also, this is Nebraska, everything is Flat! Pretty, in a flat, rural way. Message edited by author 2006-11-01 17:49:18. |

Horse Playingby djaykComment: Ummmm not all that great. I only downloaded Elements5. It is less expensive than photoshop. If I were more computer savy it would be easy, however.... I also bought a book to explain it. Next step is to sit my college daughters down to help. Quick edit is simple. It's fun too. Good luck. |

Advice-from-the-Hairdresser.jpgby ElliottjmsComment: This is beautiful. I love the way the hair is now. Both the dog and the child's hair sort of blend into the background. Personally, I like naked babies or with only diapers, but cute pjs could work too. I miss mine being that young, enjoy it. |

Horse Playingby djaykComment: Thanks for the comments. I will try to sharpen the head and soften the background. It will be a first attempt at PP. Maybe try to put motion in as well?? I am still reading the "how to" book, its greek to me. PS Elements |
