I had an idea of something similiar to this but, didn't get time to go do it. Probably wouldn't have been as good as yours though. I would have liked to see more space in front of her and just a tiny bit less space behind her.

Nice bokeh. Funny I never heard that term before that challenge and now I seem to see it everywhere. Can't see anything at all to improve with the photograph itself. If it doesn't do as well as you expected, there are a couple that capture the wind a little better. This meets the challenge but maybe if her hair was lifted a little bit more by the breeze.

Sailing in the Moonlight

Nice idea and great picture but, I think for the challenge you might have gotten higher scores if the focal point was more with the sailboat. I first notice the water and the contrast then after seeing the title I noticed the boat. Being about wind you might crop, enlarge, and enhance the silhouetted sailboat for more impact.

I had a couple of sailboat shots that had spinakers up but, I didn't like the background so I went with something different. I like yours I would have given even more with spinakers up but, you don't have control over that. Good contrast, color, focus, and it meets the challenge well.
