Great spot for this challenge. Maybe a tad adjustment to the blacks in RAW or a curves layer or something. Just a little bit on the matte side in the Mountains section. But only slightly and maybe it's just my preference. 9

That is an interesting building on the right. It looks like a big boat on top of some buildings. Where was this taken? And the building just below and to the left looks like a bowl or something. Neat architecture. Oh and a great shot too..... lol 10

Not too bad but maybe a little brighter would help. (curves or added brightness). I'm viewing on a monitor that I know is not calibrated and makes images too bright so if it's dark on this one then it's much darker at home where it's calibrated.

This is an intersting take on the challenge. It meets the challenge criteria imo however it seems a little cluttered to me and I don't get much of the sky or skyline part of it. Mostly what I see is the cityscape. At first I wasn't sure what the to foreground parts were but, now I see they are clouds. And I keep trying to see into the dark parts on the left and top right to see more of the "skyline" part of it but, it's too dark to see anything.

This appears to be more of a snapshot with the subject being about the girl and the vehicle instead of the skyline (even though she is out of focus). Your title says jagged blue yet it is a b/w photo so there isn't any blue at all. I think I see your intent though. The building roof makes a jagged line revealing the sky above it. But the photo still doesn't seem to fit the challenge very well to me. Sorry.
