I am loving this image SO much - but I feel you've sold yourself short by not giving a sublime title... this is almost a cop-out title as if you didn't quite know what to do with the picture and leaves us with the feeling that perhaps you weren't sure what you wanted to achieve by taking this shot...an accidental, incidental image. However when I look closely at it, I feel that you really did care a lot about this and that you did take quite a bit of time in presenting this image.SO, a 9 from me.

Hmmm- I like the image (and am still undecided as to how DPC voters take to PS Artistic Filters) - but I am not sure it conveys "panic"...autumn to me is more of a "going to sleep" or shutting down...but that's personal.

Not sure that the focal saturation has worked in your favour...I like the idea of highlighting the boat with colour, but I might have just done a less hectic desat on the perimeter... but tha's very personal. Lovely composition. and subject choice!!!
