Just my observations - take what you need and bin the rest...
Would have liked more light/highlights evident in the main row of seats but the receeding seats work very well in drawing the eye into the image.
Maybe an empty paper cup in one of the cup holders just to add a point of interest/contrast to the scene?

Love the cloud formation - esp the angry looking cloud centre top which gives the composition a sense of movement... kinda feels lacking in dynamics though - a flat and unexciting foreground with nothing happening on the skyline.
Also don't get a feel for 'after the game' - there's some kind of netting structure there but I can't figure what it is (though if it's something like baseball or the like it might be more obvious to an American viewer - so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that). :)
