I missed the wind? Where is it? The lake looks pretty still to me?

As for the landscape itself. It has a good mirrored reflection, good detail in the foreground and the colors are nice and warm. It is a very scenic shot, you should be happy with the result. Wish I could be there.

Frozen Breeze

Frozen breeze? Is that like non-flowing river?

I do see little tufts up there. But is that wind or evaporation? I can't tell. The viewer shouldn't have to guess.

As for the shot itself. I really enjoy the three tones you have here: blue, white, and brown. Nice, good detail in the snow. You can briefly see that trail/road line going across, very neat. Good forward-presence landscape.

High as a kite

One of the best shots of the group. You captured the essence of win here, but you also captured the eye of the viewer. I might have gone with a different toning myself, but nothing wrong with the way it is. I like how the trees and fence round on the compositional elements. Hope it does well for you.

Honestly due to the processing I can't tell if this is Wind or if this is just soft edges. You took the detail out of the hair, so it doesn't mean much to the challenge.

As for the photo itself. I do like the processing. I think the eye contact with the viewer is spot on. I also like the purple with the green. This all makes for a very 'magical' photo. I think you did good work here.

Okay, you are the last image. That was the most painful voting process I have went through in a long time. At least this image has some semblance of wind.

It's actually not a bad shot. I am glad I landed on it last (not necessarily the best, but convincing). Good expression, and that hair, it is really going places. I like the pink with the green tint. But not the fact of the cut off hand... oh well. It's a good shot. 7 (though normally a 6 I would say, but I am jaded now after voting).

Thank you so much for ending this voting nightmare on a semi high note.
