Thank you very much, another Koi friend :-)
This Koi is basically a scale-less gal and soooo smooth.

First of all, great composition! You put the fish in the right place in the frame and used other elements to draw attention back to it! I think the texture in this picture is great, some people may have found it hard to associate this with "Silky-Smooth," but I think it works.
Thanks very much I do appreciate your critique.
Just wanted to tell that this Koi is really silky smooth. And yes I do pet her :-))

Born Symmetricalby trolljentaComment: [quote=sfalice] Greetings from the Critique Club
Thanks so much. I agree if I had moved the camera a bit to the left the distracting seed to the right in the picture would not be there either. Contrary to believes, small tortoises are not slow but move very fast especially if they think you have something good to eat:-))
My first thought was that the blur focused the baby more, after reading your comment I can see that some of it cropped out would look much better.
Your critique was very appreciated and thanks so much for taking the time. |

A Major Sugar Overloadby trolljentaComment: Thank you to everyone that took the time to look and to write a comment. Very much appreciated.
I just needed to let everyone know that the bee was not dead. He/it was just climbing up the petal and then flew away. I just happen to catch it at an awkward moment. I have more pictures, I just liked the way the body curved in this. This is also the actual coloring of this bee, people that saw these bees were totally amazed at the silver coloring and they were so very "furry". No-one has seen these bees around before either. Cacti flowers are so very colorful that I probably should have lowered the intensity of it. I will keep that in mind. |
