Wow Crystal, this is one of your best shots IMHO! Congrats on your nice finish and score though I think it is way underrated!! This is a shot that must score over 7 and get a ribbon. Don't know why it didn't do better.

Interesting shot. Looks as if the house was only in 2D :) Nice colors.

Cool, I love your lighting. However I think you will get hammered because it says "mainly light colors" on white - lots of black in here. Anyway: cool shot!

Nice idea and beautiful model but the execution lacks quality. I'll try to give some hints:
- Her skin (especially her face) suffers from artifacts. Perhaps you saved the shot in a too low qualitiy? Try to reach the 150 KB border as close as possible to guarantee the best image quality.
- The image is oversharpened. Look at her hair and you will see some kind of "stairs" if you know what I mean. The hair becomes fringy and lacks smoothness. Sharpening less (especially when it comes to portraits) looks better.
- The blueish spots on the background are distracting. You can easily remove them by brightening those areas up till they become white.
- The most crucial point: Her face is too dark. When you look at the photo, what do you see first? Her hair, because it's the brightest part! But the essence of every portrait is the face. This is what a viewer should see first. While taking the shot you should have used a light to brighten up her face. You can compensate this issue a bit by making the face brighter during postprocessing.

Ok, this was a lot. I hope it helps :)

I'm sure you heard this a 100 times: the shot doesn't seem to match the challenge. There is no white background. The shot is VERY noisy too. Try to use tools like NeatImage (www.neatimage.com) for noise reduction.

Hmmm... Cindi again? :) Fantastic shot, love the processing! The pantys are sexy - a bit 50's style?. I like how the model/you holds the cloth.

Wow, sexy shot! The foam on her back looks a bit strange. Maybe more light would have worked here. Overall a great shot!
