Progress in Timeby amandaloreComment: Lovely idea. Like the conceal/reveal technique.
Was the iron broken? The wrinkled backdrop kind of detracts from the appeal of this simple but effective image. |

The Price We Pay by owenComment: Wow.
Love the juxtaposition of the beautiful sky and the ugly chimney and pollution.
The deep colours of the foreground draw the eye into the image and the sihouette is very dramatic without being cliche. |

Making progress with my model photographyby PixlmakerComment: Kind of stretching the intent of the challenge, I think.
A very interesting photo, though. Intimate composition enhances the effect of the model's expression.
The light on her right side is maybe just a little hot. |

A Photographer's Guide to Fishingby BeeCeeComment: This was the first shot I saw when I visited the site.
It's still one of my favourites.
I love the rhythm and the depth.
I find it interesting when common, familar things are put in new contexts or examined from unique points-of-view. This shot does both very nicely. |

Quite Passionby AkchasComment: Don't see the "ten" element. Is this title supposed to read "quiet"? |

fpc2-dpc.jpgby Buckeye_FanComment: Nice clean shot of an interesting subject. Post-card pretty.
If you have a chance, it might be worthwhile paying another visit.
I bet the glass really comes alive when the sun hits it at a lower angle (early morning or sunset). You might get some dramatic flavour out of it then. |

...for 179 Yearsby LN13Comment: Wow. Incredible colour. A great example of how empty space can balance heavy detail within a composition. The left of the frame is empty enough to draw the eye away from the trees and lighthouse and out onto the dock. |
