"Failure is a detour, not a dead-end street."by KenComment: Someone who understands what this challenge is about.
Good capture.
Smaller DoF whould've helped the subject to stand out better from the background. The picture seems to be a bit broken because of the left part, but overall it is a good picture. |

broken dream...by LlamboComment: Good catch there, caught in the right moment. B&w just adds to the dramatic effect.
A bit too noisy for my taste. |

Burned Toastby ErnirComment: OMG, :D, amazing catch! I don't know how you did it but this is a unique picture. I can see the failure but I can't stop laughing, very controversial. Congratulations for a very creative picture! |

the Agony of Defeatby margiemuComment: Great! This is what this challenge is about, and I think many misinterpret it.
Very dramatic, very good picture. |

Under the Rainbow.....Is a Big Glob of Sensor Dustby cloudsmeComment: The subject should be a failure not the picture itself I think. You put me into a difficult situation because your picture is beautiful (aside from the dust where a spot healing could help if the site would permit it), but this is not the right challenge for this one. |

I am poorby vstromComment: No, don't to this plz. They might be poor but they are not failures. Something else fails but not them basically.
The picture itself is not bad, but don't put it into this context please. |

Fade To Blackby PhotonurdComment: And again a very good example for good lighting composition. Excellent job.
2 little problems: shadow is cut down a bit on the bottom of the picture, and there from the middle of the picture the white-gray transition is not continous. |
