Cold Kentucky Nightby beamsclanComment: Cool old vehicle, but I feel like the highlights aren't as bright as they could be. I probably would have done a levels adjustment to help the snow look brighter. Also, I probably would have composed this shot so that it wasn't head-on. |

Step into The Futureby rdlorfComment: From the very dim posts, I can see that this composition had potential. However, it is WAY too dark. Next time, try doing a much longer exposure. |

Water Splashingby velazquezComment: I like the concept, but feel it could have framed a little better (i.e. to include the top of the column of water). The flash does a good job of freezing the action, but I personally feel that the shot lacks a central focus... |

{Blue House}-{of the night}by MightyTimBobComment: The colors and the reflection off the windows are awesome, but I would have moved closer to the house to eliminate that distracting light from the frame. It also seems just a tad noisy; I might have went with a lower ISO and longer exposure. |

Down by the Dockby ScholtenComment: I like the way the water looks here, but the lights seem a bit too harsh. I might have done a slightly shorter exposure. Also, it would have been awesome if you had lit the foreground rocks with a colored flash of some sort. :) |

Caterpillarby Postgate1Comment: I like the creative light-painting here, but the lighting is a bit uneven and slightly distracting. Flashlights are good for smaller areas, but I've had better luck with using a flash for even lighting (especially with colored gels :) ). Good composition though and very creative. :) |

Quiet Nightby saphireComment: The composition is AWESOME, but it seems too dark to me. Since the lights are going to be blown out anyway, I probably would have increased the exposure time to try and bring out more detail on the bench. |
