what is the subject? what am I looking at? the noise level of the image is FAR too bad. the noise truly distracts from the photo.

The image is compressed too much. You can see very distinct lines in the sky due to the compression of the jpeg.

The new car to the right, and the smoke infront of the chimney distract from the photo. At the very least I would have croped further to the right to remove the car...and maybe removed a little of the front ground to give the picture good dimensions

sky is not very intresting...i would have sepeated it into another layer and then multiplied the two layers together (since this is advanced editing) I give it a 5

You say the moon is the subject yet it is mostly covered in clouds...Also a closer pic to the moon and less sky would help bring out your subject
