a larger photo would be nice. Also rasing the camera slightly so the background blocks was not merging with the subject would improve the scene.

i think getting closer to the netting so the holes get bigger and fewer would help focus on the subject.

background is distracting...the background ether needs to be less in focus or croped out.

Also the shaded subject does not look good. I would have tried to get more front/side lighting.
