More construction for less trafficeby ksnymanComment: traffic doesn't have an "e"
and with new construction comes more people and more congestion (traffic).
unless they're constructing new highways, but you don't need a crane that tall for it.
i feel a more downward shot, or tighter crop will also do better for the picture.
