To all who commented, thank you! However, those of you mentioning use of a 100.00 bill have never been hooked on drugs and never been close to it. If a "user" has 100.00, it's spent on drugs. A more likely method would be a straw, smoked from a piece of aluminum foil or just tooted right off your hand with your nose. An FYI, Clapton would have smoked it. :)
