Nautilus Shell Diptychby DorsetgirlComment: Originally posted by bsluijk: Beautifully soft on the right, a little harsh on the left (but where did the shell's rim go?) |
Thank you .. I was going for a high contrast with the monotone version .. perhaps I could have burned the edges back in but preferred it without .. cheers for commenting :) |

I'm in west Dorset so not that far .. lucky you to live in the Blackdown Hills area .. I haven't been to Hemyock but that whole area is beautiful - and yes, good cider! |

Diceby DistantColoursComment: Clever idea .. this one intrigued me and I found myself checking the patterns to ensure it was the same image - amazing how the perception changes between the two! |

Natural Beautyby GolferDDSComment: I tend to take a lot of water reflections so this one appealed to me - both work well but love the monotone version the best :)

its a great image btw .. :) |
Thank you .. no special processing - I use Luminar 2018 to open raw files, add a touch of Topaz Clarity and just general contrast/levels adjustments. Perhaps the bottles look 'cleaner' due to being placed against a fuzzy background display maybe? I was wishing they'd used sharper graphics on the box but had no control over that lol :) |
