The angle of the shot creates a broken line at the top that draws the eye because of the contrast between it and the wall. I also don't see the relationship between the tissue and the toy, other than they are in the same frame.

Comment:
The contrast between the age of the camera and the spider are disconcerting, as is the contrast between the somewhat organic feel of the camera (via patina, primarily) and the artificiality of the spider (via the sheen and feeling of "newness").
