spectacular shot! the blue background works so well with her golden hair and earings, and not to mention that it brings out her eyes even more. focus is great, lighting is flattering and i like the composition. again, beautiful shot :) (fave)

i love the detail in the iris...the only thing i can suggest is that the slightly overexposed white area to the left can be a little distracting b/c its so harsh. i also wished that the tips of the eyelashes could had been more in focus. other than that, this shot really draws one's attention, good job :)

the square crop is very fitting here, and i really like how all the women have that similar piercing expresssion. the only thing constructive i can say is the way they are lit. the woman on the top right (notice harsh shadow differences) has a lot less lighting than the girl to the bottom, for example. if all of them had more of a flattering lighting, maybe it would make it more powerful. perhaps using some reflectors to reflect the light where you want it can help. but overall, its a very compelling shot in my opinion :)
