I find the building a bit distracting. I think a view looking through the roundabout, so it appears like a yellow forest might have been interesting.

I think it would have been better if the end of the tape was visible, rather than being off the left.

On an unrelated note, it looks odd to me to see a tape measure only in inches!

I think you have rather overwhelmed the subtle yellows in your picture by having that realy bright, wide yellow border.

Unfortunately the sun in your picture isn't yellow, which is a pity, because you have captured a very atmospheric image.
