I find the car on the right a bit distracting. I think you would have a better picture withi it cropped out. Nicely done otherwise.

I think you would have been better getting lower so that you were level with the centre of the wheel. Otherwise a nicely done photo.

I think this might have been better if the order of the pens had been different, with the red pens closest. Nice picture otherwise.

Nice picture. As a personal preference however, I prefer to look at the rail bridge! (This preference hasn't affected the score I have given you = 7)

For me, abstraction like this doesn't convey any emotions. That said, I like the image. It's the kind of picture I'd be happy to hang on my wall.

I'm not sure I see too much despair in this picture. I think the small person is enjoying themselves too much.

I don't get a feeling of despair here. You may be low on energy, but you have a solution, what is there to despair about?

As a picture I like the composition having the solar panel in the foreground, and the depth of field is good having the background a bit soft. The pointing finger, however, is distracting. I keep looking over to the right to find what is being pointed at. I realize that it's not pointing, it's pushing a button, but because the button is so dark compared to the hand, pointing is the impression I get.

It's a very sad to only live for 6 days, and it must have been a bad time for the parents, but the fact that I had to do arithmetic to work that out (and in a foriegn date format) put my mind into a logical state and away from the emotions.

Technically you have done well with the exposure and focus, but you have have cropped it a little tight on the right-hand side. (I am assuming the engraving doesn't continue much further)

I don't understand how this conveys despair. Send me a message if you want to explain it.

As a picture it is good. The exposure and focus are correct, and I like the way it sweeps across the frame.

It's a good image that does seem to fit the challenge. Two things don't seem quite right however. The shape of the hand suggests to me that the container should be above the hand, or possibly still loosly held, and for some reason the fingernails are attracting my attention because of their dark colour.
