Fernandoby Pug-HComment: It's a good job there's a lot of Abba songs. I've a feeling this is going to take a while. |

You've put me in mind of the lyric from the song Turning Japanese:
"I've got your picture, I've got your picture
I'd like a million of you over myself
I asked the doctor to take your picture
So I can look at you from inside as well" :) Message edited by author 2010-03-26 15:00:11. |

Swooshby DefaulticComment: It's a bit small and I can't help thinking it would have worked better if the background was much darker, then her hair would have stood out more. |

Blast Off!by kintodComment: Normally I wouldn't like this kind of processing, but here I feel it really fits the subject. |

Ride the wakeby ConnorComment: It's a great capture, but I find that border is intrusive to the point of overwhelming your subject |

Everlasting Laughterby gsalComment: It's a marvellous capture, but I really don't see what the fat border is adding to the overall image |

Seaview Apartmentsby JedusiComment: Marchwood's an idyllic location :) Marvellous views of the container port and a handy incinerator, what more could you want? |

Approaching (CW)by Nadine_VbComment: As you've effectively asked for comments, here's mine:
It's an excellent capture, great colour, well exposed and in focus. I have a couple of problems though. In terms of composition I feel you could do with a bit more space at the top above the drop as it feels a bit too tight for comfort. I also feel the bright spot at the top left is something of a distraction.
I hope this is the sort of comment you were looking for. |

False Bravado (CW)by JokersSoulComment: As you've effectively asked for comments, here's mine:
I've given you a 6 because I like this. You've captured a good moment in time; it's in focus and exposed well and most importantly, it's interesting. My only wonder is could you have captured this from a lower angle? and got your subject isolated against the sky instead of half in front of the background.
I hope this is the sort of comment you were looking for. |
