Wonderful Halloween portrait. My only criticism is that it is a shame that the guy with the black shirt is in the background. It may have been more effective if more children would be able to be seen. Nice job.

Comment:
The bass player wearing the Dallas Cowboys hat (go eagles!) is a bit distracting. He really does nthing for the photo. I would rather have seen a tighter crop on the lead guitarist and possibly a better angle around the microphone obscuring part of his face. The focus and colors are quite nice.

It's hard to tell where the focus of this shot is. Is it on the waitress or the chickens? I am guessing the waitress, so maybe a sharper focus on the waitress.

Great subject. WhileI understand that you were trying to shot without being noticed, I think that a different angle and maybe a shallower DOF may have helped this shot.
