Multiplicity. by Dan_CottleComment: I took less than 50 shots for this. I did crop it for balance like you thought, not alot though. |

Multiplicity. by Dan_CottleComment: Hmm I geuss it was 25(or more) flashes not 20, i thought it was 20(my flash might be inaccurate or maybe its just me). The exposure was 1/4th of a second total, the flashes were milliseconds apart. The blue pencil just happened to be in the frame for all 25 flashes, the others were not.
Yes there was one light, however it flashes more than one time so i personally thought that it counted as multiple. If you don't think it meets the challenge then oh well. Message edited by author 2007-03-29 21:29:40. |

Multiplicity. by Dan_CottleComment: To explain further, I threw the 3 penicls in the air at the same time and there was a single set of 20 flashes. My hands were never in the frame, and the editing was just levels and shadows/highlighs, nothing interesting really.
I accidentily put it in the nude gallery. And im trying to get it changed. |

Multiplicity. by Dan_CottleComment: This shot was quite simple.
I set my flash to 20 flashes at 100 hertz which equates to 1/5th of a second. Set up a black background about 20 feet away. I spun the pencils in the air with my right hand and set off the shutter with my left. |
