It seems that the foreground and the building in the backgroud don't match visually. Not that they always have to, but the blurriness and overexposure of the ice and skaters make them look somewhat like ghosts. I find the foreground amusing, yet the background seems to be a serious study. I suppose that kind of contrast would work sometimes, but personally I don't see the need for it here.

I would like to see something more novel. As it is, the scene seems a bit ordinary. I'd try to take more risk in choosing your scene.

I hope I'm not missing the point, but I see a vacation-type snapshot. I'd prefer a suject a bit more novel.

My eyes don't find a focal point/subject. Almost every part of the picture is quite busy--I'd like to see more calm areas. In sum, I'd personally prefer a contrast between a more sensory-laden subject and a calmer backgroud.
