Reminds me of some pictures I took in Japan at some random temple where two clans of ants were having an epic battle, resulting in mutual self-destruction. This is more peaceful. Clever idea.

I like how the background appears to be one big motion blur - it manages to isolate the subject in a manner true to the title: that is, amidst the torrent of yellows and greens in the background, the sharply-focused snail implies a deliberate, plodding pace. I have a feeling this will be marginalized due to its open interpretation of the challenge, but I like it. Good job.

You know I was about to comment on how the angle of this photo was too extreme until I realized why you did it... Very clever, but I have a feeling a lot of people will miss that big "A" which stands out so clearly once you know where to look. Possibly would stand out more if the image was mirrored? -8-
