Wow, 8th!!!

Thanks to everyone that voted.

I was quite confident that this picture would do well, but I had no idea that I would get a top 10 finish!

I rather liked the vapour trail in the sky, as it adds a contrast - who is in the heavens, the living or the dead? However I can also see, that form some peoples point of view that the vapour trail slightly distracts from the main picture.

Great facial expression. Would have been better if the cakes had been in focus, as the eyes and face alone do not portray gluttony.

In my oppinion the out of focus beads destract from the main subjects of the picture. I think the picture would have been better if it had been cropped half way up the loop of beads.
