Tattered And Tornby jmsetzlerComment: Very nice! Framing is perfect and I love the detail in the wood before it falls off into the DOF. Amazing how powerful B&W can be! |

Headacheby arnitComment: Very nicely composed. How did you get the soft look? Love the falloff into black on the right. Great shot! |

Feline Friendby JeileenComment: Flashes are not best used in macros. Natural lighting will achieve a much more balanced result. A bit soft too. |

Collecting Dustby timboydwhiteComment: They don't make them like they used to!... which is probalby a good thing! Great idea and great shot. Thought the whites were a bit blown out and I don't think it would have hurt to see more of the lens, but rates well in my books :) |

Handcrafted facesby JohannesFrankComment: Your composition has a little too much contrast. If this is something that has been done in photoshop (which I am guessing due to the graininess) I think that you cheated yourself of otherwise a great picture. Also I think a little less DOF would have been better, although that is personal opinion. |

Fall's Fruitby slgardnerComment: Love the lighting, although the highlights are a bit hot. I would have also been a little closer to the nuts rather than having the leaves on the right as then you would have seen more detail of the nuts. Still, very nice photo. |

Biological radarby JimBComment: Wow - how close can you get? Great shot! A sharpen wouldn't have gone wrong on this pic. |
