perfect expression, perfect pose, perfect colors and perfect composition, with a title to match it and to fit the challenge. i am giving it a 10. although the pink beam of light is a bit distracting, i think its ok not to have cropped it off because a sunless photo wouldnt have the same effect.

too crowded in your composition if you want to just make an opposition between pretty and ugly, stick to simple.l alll the plants, too many chairs, objects in the background, its all clumping your photo taking the viewer away from what you wish to depict, which in turn, makes this photo uninteresting.
5 for meeting the challenge.

i dont think the reflection adds anything to the photo here, other than some grains on the surface of the mirror/glass.
morover the background being the same color as the sand, or whatever the grains are, makes the photo plainer and less interesting. you should have picked something that would make the olive stand out more.
im giving it an 8 solely based on had you taken out the mirror and disregarding the background, the photo is nice and crisp and meets the challenge with a good title that is an oxymoron.

Just do it. (and then fall and break your jaw)
