The exposure looks good with no blown out highlights, but this just doesn't seem to be as sharp as it should and doesn't have any real points of interest to keep the viewer's attention.

Nice colors, but the palm fronds are somewhat distracting. I would prefer if they were either gone completely or a more prominent part of the composition. If they do need to be included they should be sharper and more defined as well. Finally, without a horizon line for reference the picture seems tilted to the right, as the cloud appears to be sliding downhill in that direction.
