Day 19 - The Bridgeby KenComment: Ken, this has it all........colour contrast, leading lines, simplicity, strong focal point, sharp and crisp. One of the best so far, on slice of life. You really do raise the bar, consistently, for the rest of us to aspire to. |

Day 17 - Watching The Rainby bs-photosComment: I love the way the three bands of tone and colour separate the photo horizontally.......almost like a national flag! The yellow and blue tones give nice colour contrast too. |

Peace Lilyby SinkyComment: Very interesting, about the pink colour cast, which I had not realised at the time.
This was due to a red sweater, I had been wearing, at the time I shot this......reflection was enough to give a light pink colour cast!
I'll be more careful next time, and wear something lighter, or stand back more. |

Day 17 - Michigan City Municipal Bandby KenComment: I like the human interaction, and the activity on the go. This is what 'slice of life' should be all about.
I cant see any noise at all, so I think that in this light, at iso800, things are perfect, as I'd expect with your camera. |

Day 16 - Amanda Can Do It, Yes She Can!by wickee_oneComment: I really like this - one of the best on slice of life so far.
I first thought it was some embroidery abstract, or a hair net or something, until I read the blurb. Great pattern, complementary colours, and interesting textures.

Day 16 - Spinachby hajekaComment: ok...if I have to be as critical as I can be........I find myself looking round, for a single focal point, and dont easily find one.
But I find the lighting very nice, with interesting shadows, and I like the depth of field. |
